Return Process

  2. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and shipping details.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

  • Partial refunds may apply for items not returned in original condition.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please place a new order after the return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We will send replacements at no additional cost.
